You deserve

Welcome to the beginning of your healing journey. I’m Kristy Torsky, a dedicated mental health therapist committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care.

By being here, you’ve already taken the courageous first step toward a more fulfilling and balanced life—and that deserves recognition. Helping you achieve happiness and emotional well-being is not just my profession, it’s my passion.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or simply feeling lost or overwhelmed, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be heard, supported, and empowered.
Together, we’ll work to uncover your strengths, develop new tools, and create lasting change—so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and hope.

I'm glad you're here.
I'm Kristy, a Licensed Professional Counselor. I'm dedicated to helping you achieve your mental health goals with confidence. My solution-focused counseling tips and activities are designed to make your sessions more meaningful and effective.

There is a lot of pressure on us to turn every negative into a positive and I don't think that's always a good thing. It's okay to feel a "certain way" and then do the work to get through it. That's where therapy can be so helpful.

One question I get a lot is, "What happens when I get into therapy?". That is usually followed by, "Okay, I'm meeting with my therapist but I'd like to do some work on my own, too". My goal is to help you reconnect with the best version of yourself. If you would like to let go of unhelpful patterns and guilt and learn to stop judging yourself then you've landed in the right place. It doesn't matter where you are on this journey; your time is now.

BE WELL.
